Second Chair (2nd Chair) is the mobile app version of Loom Analytics. Need to gather legal intelligence on the go? Loom users can use this app to quickly see judicial ruling histories, recently published case law, and average and median decision turnaround times.

This version of the app only provides metrics on civil (tort and contract law) practice areas, but more practice areas are coming soon!

JUDGE QUICK REPORT
Just search for the name of a judge or master name, and see an overview of their civil ruling histories: their average and median decision turnaround times, a list of their 10 most recently published decisions, the number of decisions theyve published, and a breakdown of moving party and responding party outcomes.

Dont forget to click on the pie charts in the report for an even deeper dive into the data.

FIND A RULING RECORD
More in-depth than the quick report, this report allows you to look for data on specific hearings and case types. This report is flexible: you can narrow your search by judge, or look for the aggregate data of all judges.
